The Observatory is responsible for launching the “Arab Human Rights Index”, as a conceptual and methodological framework for indicators that can be applied and contextualized at the national and Arab levels, as they are necessary in the implementation of human rights standards and obligations to support policy-making, impact assessment and transparency.
